How do you ship packages?
Packages from our warehouse in China will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We provide free shipping to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some locations we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.
What about customs?
We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?
Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
Will my items be sent in one package?
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Refunds & returns policy
Order cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- If you did not receive the product within the guaranteed time( 45 days not including 2-5 day processing) you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you received the wrong item you can request a refund or a reshipment.
- If you do not want the product you’ve received you may request a refund but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused.
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order did not arrive due to factors within your control (i.e. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order did not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside the control of auto-xtras.com (i.e. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
- Other exceptional circumstances outside the control of https://auto-xtras.com
*You can submit refund requests within 15 days after the guaranteed period for delivery (45 days) has expired. You can do it by sending a message on Contact Us page
If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Exchanges
If for any reason you would like to exchange your product, perhaps for a different size in clothing. You must contact us first and we will guide you through the steps.
Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

How long will my order take to arrive?
Orders are shipped by EMS or USPS. Typically, delivery takes 5-20 working days after dispatch, but it may take longer due to factors beyond our control.
Do you provide tracking information?

Personally did not like how the box hung so low off the visor of my wife's '18 Civic Sport Touring and tried to think of a way to mount it somewhere else. Started playing with the headliner on the front edge of the moonroof and surprisingly it "unclipped" just enough to slide the visor clips in and far enough to hold securely, once centered the headliner clipped back into place. There is no interference with the sliding moonroof cover and it almost looks factory. Also like the "push to open" mechanism... 5 stars for now, hope it lasts a long time!
I really like having the storage space somewhere where my many pairs of clip-on shades other than the console of my car. It is sturdy and clips pretty tightly to the visor. I do have difficulty arranging it to where it's not clipping down on my flip-up mirror. It looks Just as pictured int he photos and overall I really like it.
My new car doesn’t have a designated sunglass holder. This is a really good option for a safe place to keep them. It’s a little bulky - kinda has to be to fit the glasses - but it works well. I have it on the passenger side visor. Rarely a passenger will knock into it. I think it would be too large on the driver's side. I use it every day - open and close multiple times and it never has a problem.
Great safety item. It slides very snugly onto my auto visor. You push the clasp and it opens to reveal a glasses holder. Push again to close it. My glasses no longer go flying off my passenger seat every time I brake. Does the job well. If only it came in pretty colors. But I ordered the beige color and it looks nice, I think this color is optimal for a lot of cars. I want to buy a new one for my friend as a gift. I would advise to order this holder for all who use glasses
Fits snugged against sun visor. No rattling, no sliding - snug! I ordered three of these for the family. I have one the driver side visor and two on the passenger side.
The clips are very strong! I mounted it to my visor and it looks amazing! I love how it’s a push pin clasp instead of a hook clasp to take out the glasses! One click and it's so convenient, especially if you driving a car as me, I like speed! I mean it's safe to get your sunglasses in one click. So would recommend this device
Perfect fit for my Chanel shield frameless sunglasses and marcher the beige interior of my glk a little darker but in the same color tone looks great.It holds very tightly, nothing falls out, during the day I open and close many times, often take out my glasses and want to say even once they haven’t fallen out.
